Our goal is to obtain a greater share of our customers' business rather than to take on a greater number of customers. We know our customers -- we anticipate their needs, and react immediately if concerns surface.

Our people are known not only for their professionalism, but also for the speed with which they respond to client or hotel requests. Cultivated over the past 30 years, our hotel relationships are at the highest levels, giving us the "clout" to get answers quickly. This, coupled with our "one to one" customer approach, gives us the opportunity to quickly present many locations to each customer, rather than having to sell one or two hotels to as many customers as possible. Our personnel are all hotel sales professionals by background and currently average over 14 years of hotel sales experience.
