Our in-depth knowledge of the government procurement process is exceptional. Rooms Unlimited is a full service, prime contractor of the United States Government. To ensure that our member hotels are in complete contract compliance, all solicitations are carefully reviewed. Rooms Unlimited then prepares comprehensive technical proposals and completes contract certifications as required by law. Upon award, we undertake total contract management including on-site training, invoicing, quality control inspections, account management, and more.

In addition, Rooms Unlimited is heavily involved with per diem personnel traveling throughout the country either individually or in groups. Our hotel backgrounds help us ensure that the travelers are accommodated in the best possible situation for the per diem dollar. We understand the needs of the longer stay guest, and are often able to obtain full kitchen facilities for our per diem personnel, for example.
