Our portfolio includes mainly those hotels that have experience in catering to the demands of customers with long-term or high volume housing needs. This portfolio was not built based strictly on price, facility, or location, but rather on a combination of all these vital elements. Jeffrey B. Halpern, CHME, has been a hotel sales executive for over 30 years. He has served in multi-property/Vice Presidential positions for Americana Hotels, Omni Hotels, and Prime Hospitality. Mr. Halpern's experience includes direct sales positions in virtually all types of domestic and international hotels, as well as operational and management roles.
