GOVERNMENT

Our in-depth knowledge of the government procurement process is exceptional. Rooms Unlimited is a full service, prime contractor of the United States Government. To ensure that our member hotels are in complete contract compliance, all solicitations are carefully reviewed. Rooms Unlimited then prepares comprehensive technical proposals and completes contract certifications as required by law. Upon award, we undertake total contract management including on-site training, invoicing, quality control inspections, account management, and more. In addition, Rooms Unlimited is heavily involved with per diem personnel traveling throughout the country either individually or in groups. Our hotel backgrounds help us ensure that the travelers are accommodated in the best possible situation for the per diem dollar. We understand the needs of the longer stay guest, and are often able to obtain full kitchen facilities for our per diem personnel, for example.


SPECIAL PROJECTS

Corporate special projects also produce continual business for our hotels. As much of this work affords only short lead time, our sales people are available on a 24 hour basis through an 800 number and cell system. Whether it is a disaster team needing immediate availability, or someone relocating people into an area to solve an immediate problem or provide temporary workers, our staff is ready and eager to assist.


AIRLINE CREW HOUSING

Airline crews, people who change hotels almost every night of the week, are some of our best, and most discriminating, customers. We feel that we understand their needs -- clean, safe, quiet hotels with access to shopping, restaurants, and other outside activities. All hotels are pre-inspected with Rooms Unlimited's own checklist to be sure they are prepared to properly house this type of business. We stay in constant contact with both the airline and the hotel to ensure the most favorable guest experience for our crews.


STORE OPENINGS

Our background with long stay guests has made store openings a major addition to Rooms Unlimited's special markets. We understand how dates may "slide" and can prepare the hotel to properly handle the business. Whether the need is for limited or full service hotels, we are able to fulfill both housing and budgetary requirements.


CORPORATE TRAINING

Research, development and training are increasingly more important to businesses today, and hotels are being called upon to host product roll-outs, national sales meetings, and, of course, to provide long-stay housing for trainees. Our personnel understand the importance of the price/value relationship, and work to match customer needs with property features.

We offer not only meeting and conference facilities, but also off-site housing for long-stay guests. Our portfolio includes limited service properties for new hire training, as well as full service all-suite residential properties for longer stay field training. These, coupled with our traditional meeting/conference hotels, make us ideally suited to handle whatever needs may arise.
